LCP Injection Molding
Liquid crystal polymer is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic that provides excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties.
What is LCP or Liquid Crystal Polymer?
Liquid crystal polymer (LCP) materials have high temperature capability and flow easily. It is especially well-suited to applications that require very thin walls. Vectra E130i is a glass-filled LCP that is exceptionally flame retardant and has a high tensile strength and modulus, making it a solid choice for structural applications. Beyond that, it offers good chemical resistance to a variety of acids, bases, and solvents.
